Our Initial Engagement Process

All of our consults and engagements are confidential to ensure your privacy. We begin the process once you send an initial, introductory email (link here) to schedule a time for an initial screening and consult with one of our consultants. We ask in your email you that you please identify the services or products you are interested in or would like more information regarding as well as you and your organization's needs. The more comprehensive your information, the better we can serve during our initial conversation. We are also delighted to receive Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP), but they are not necessary. Our engagement process operates traditionally as other firms, but we are happy engage through virtual means as well. 

Once we establish a date for our initial conversation, our team will begin researching the information provided, ensuring we can provide value. We will not take on clients that we cannot successfully add value. Our desire is to provide the utmost honesty to you and your organization to build a long, lasting, beneficial relationship. Relationships are built on trust, and we want to begin that journey with you. Learn about us and our values. Depending on the scope of services required, we may need to request more information/data and/or schedule a site visit to collect more information to determine if we can adequately meet your needs. After our initial consultation and potential site visit, our team will produce a proposal for your initial review. If required, we will provide a full presentation of our proposal to you and your organization regarding outlining our methods and areas of opportunity for our services. After your review of our proposal and any final comments, we will adapt and provide you a quote for the agreed upon services and term. 

Provided the quote is acceptable, our team will send a contract outlining services to be rendered and payment schedule for signature and approval. Our team will begin work to create timeline with agreed upon milestones for our deliverables.

We use a comprehensive approach to all our engagements. We analyze an organization's mission and strategy, ensuring they're aligned, to sustainability practices of the staff, reducing waste. With major strategic healthcare transformation initiatives, planning is worthless without execution, and implementation is only successful alongside adoption. Your organization is more than just brick and mortar, it's a living organism with a multitude of parts. At the core, your employees are what sustain your business, so their buy-in is necessary. We factor that into our plans and process. Our goal is to do more than tell you what time it is with your own watch.

We live and die by our deliverables and milestones, so we provide you a thorough, and all-inclusive project timeline. Obviously, forecasting and estimations may be inaccurate, but we will provide you timely updates and discuss any changes to the schedule for either side. It's your money, you deserve to know what you're getting. To ensure, we're fiscally responsible and transparent, our process documents our practices and costs clearly, so we may provide you full transparency of services performed. We are eager to work with you to define what transparency means for you.

Our consultants and/or project managers can perform all of these functions and can take on projects that are already in progress. We can hand over projects back to you at any echelons as necessary to ensure you are optimizing the utilization of your own resources.
